14.3 Database Construction, Validation and Comments

Electronic data files were provided to SRK by Aya in the form of ASCII exports and a master Microsoft Excel workbook generated from the Company's Geotic drillhole database on 16 April 2026. The database was last updated with assays issued from Afrilabs on the 28 February 2026. The drillhole data were imported into Leapfrog Geo, where a series of validation checks was undertaken to identify potential errors, including duplicate records, overlapping intervals, missing data, invalid coordinates and other database inconsistencies.

The database supplied by Aya comprised the following information:

drillhole collar information, including coordinates, elevation, total depth and drilling dates;

downhole survey data;

lithological logging;

geotechnical logging, including core recovery and Rock Quality Designation (RQD);

weathering logging;

alteration logging;

mineralization logging;

structural measurements collected from oriented drill core;

density measurements; and

sample intervals and analytical results for all recorded analytes, including Ag, Au, As, Cu, Fe, Pb and Zn.

Aya informed SRK that, where reassaying and relogging were completed for the post-2018 drillholes, the reassay and relogging data were used in place of the original assay and logging data within the Project database.

SRK did not undertake a complete audit of the original exploration records against the electronic database. However, as discussed in Section 10, SRK independently verified selected drillhole collars during the site visit, reviewed representative drill core, geological logging, sampling procedures, orientated core measurements as well as completed high level geological mapping of the mineralization exposed at surface and in the artisanal working. In addition to this SRK also checked a selection of 2025 and 2026 Afrilabs assay certificates against the database provided by Aya. SRK considers the database to be of sufficient quality to support the 2026 MRE.

A total of 852 DD, 33 RC and 55 MP drillholes, comprising 328,719.4 m, 7,513.1 m and 20,090.6 m of drilling, respectively, were available for the 2026 MRE (Table 14‑1 and Figure 14‑1), these drillholes were all located within the Boumadine Mining Licence. The database contains 329,586 Ag (g/t), 329,586 Au (g/t), 329,586 Cu (%), 329,586 Pb (%) and 329,586 Zn (%) assay records.

The historical drillholes, 2017 Maya drillholes and specific tailings-related drilling were excluded from this total. The exclusion of this data is consistent with the methodology adopted in previous MRE completed for the Boumadine Project.
