Our Commitment
Midas Edge is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.
Our target Lighthouse Accessibility score is 95 or higher, which we monitor on every pull request.
Accessibility Features
We have implemented the following accessibility features:
- Keyboard Navigation — All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard. Use Tab to navigate and Enter/Space to activate.
- Skip Links — Skip-to-content links allow keyboard users to bypass navigation.
- Screen Reader Support — Semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and live regions support assistive technologies.
- Color Contrast — Text meets WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
- Focus Indicators — Visible focus states on all interactive elements.
- Form Labels — All form inputs have associated labels and error messages.
- Reduced Motion — Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting.
- Responsive Design — Content reflows for different screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200%.
