We continue to take steps to progress

inclusion for our neurodivergent employees

and those with disabilities. We offer access to

support including assistive technology, such

as immersive readers and peripheral

accessories.

To help meet the requirements of our

employees we work closely with our

employee-led disability BRGs.

If existing employees become disabled, our

policy is to engage and use reasonable

accommodations or adjustments to enable

continued employment.

We have partnerships to help us implement

best practice methods to support

neurodivergent employees and those with

disabilities. Our partners include the Business

Disability Forum in the UK.
