We have not adopted a formal process for shareholder communications with the Board. Nevertheless, we regularly communicate with Shareholders and try to ensure that the views of Shareholders are heard by the Board or individual directors, as applicable, and that appropriate responses are provided to Shareholders in a timely manner. We believe our responsiveness to shareholder communications to the Board and engagement with Shareholders has been good. We will review each communication and will forward such communications to our Board, or to any individual director to whom the given communication is addressed, unless the given communication consists of general surveys and mailings to solicit business or advertise products; job applications or resumes; general questions and inquiries; or any material that is threatening, illegal or that does not relate to the responsibilities of our Board.
