energize!, our global recognition platform,

is open to all employees for peer-to-peer

recognition. The scheme aims to celebrate

employee’s contributions, highlight behaviours

vital to our success and drive a performance

edge. In 2024, a total of 38,800 energize! awards

were made.

We also operate a spot bonus programme, where

individuals or teams can be nominated to receive

a one-off cash award to recognize their

achievements.

Senior leaders and our executive directors fully

participate in the programmes, typically by giving

recognition.
