Our outstanding Common share equity consists of 77,408,119 Common shares and 2,281,478 Class B Common shares for a total of 79,689,597 Common shares issued and outstanding as at February 11, 2025. As of February 11, 2025, we held 18,585 Common shares as treasury shares for cancellation.
The Common shares and Class B Common shares are equal in all respects, including the right to dividends, rights upon dissolution or winding up and the right to vote, except that each Class B Common share may at any time be exchanged for one Common share. Our Common shares are listed for trading on the TSX and NYSE under the symbol WFG, while our
