Level Determinations and Classifications
The Company uses Level 1, 2, and 3 classifications in
the FV hierarchy.
The FV measurement of a
financial instrument is included in only one of the three
levels and is based on the lowest level input
significant to the derivation of the FV.
FV is determined, directly or indirectly,
using inputs that are
observable for the asset or liability.
Only in limited circumstances does the Company
enter into
commodity transactions involving non-standard features
where market observable data is not available or
have contract terms that extend beyond five years.
