On June 29, 2017, the Company closed a $300.0 million private placement of guaranteed senior unsecured notes (the “2017 Notes”).
On June 30, 2025, the Company repaid $40.0 million of the 2017 Series A 4.42% notes at maturity and elected to repay in full the outstanding principal of the remaining 2017 Notes of $260.0 million prior to maturity. As at December 31, 2025, the principal amount of the 2017 Notes wasnil.
