2016 Notes
On June 30, 2016, the Company closed a $350.0 million private placement of guaranteed senior unsecured notes (the “2016 Notes”). On June 30, 2023, the Company repaid $100.0 million of the Series A 4.54% Notes at maturity.
On June 30, 2025, the Company elected to repay in full the outstanding principal of the 2016 Notes of $250.0 million prior to maturity. As at December 31, 2025, the principal amount of the 2016 Notes wasnil.
