Waivers Of The Code Of Ethics
The Corporation may waive certain provisions of this Code of Ethics when deemed appropriate under the circumstances. Any officer, director or employee who believes that a waiver may be called for should discuss the matter with the Primary or Secondary Contact. Waivers for executive management (including senior financial management) or directors of the Corporation may be made only by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board.
