Eng., Pierre-Olivier Richard, P.Eng., Paul Andrew Fournier, P.Eng., Robert Badiu, P.Geo., Sylvie Lampron, Eng,, Steven Gray, P.Geo., Veronika Raizman, P.Geo., Vincent Dagenais, P.Eng., Yanick Létourneau, P.Eng. (each, a “Qualified Person”), each of whom has prepared or certified a report under NI 43-101 or approved scientific and technical information referenced in a filing made by the Company under National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations during or relating to the Company’s most recently completed financial year, has received a direct or indirect interest in the property of the Company or of any associate or affiliate of the Company. As at the date hereof, each of the Qualified Persons beneficially owns, directly or indirectly, less than one percent of any outstanding securities of the Company or any associate or affiliate of the Company. Each of the Qualified Persons is, or was at the time such person prepared or certified the relevant report under NI 43-101 or approved the relevant scientific and technical information, an officer or employee of the Company and/or one or more of its associates or affiliates.
