Trekor Metals Limited (formerly Taseko Mines Limited) (the "Company" or "Trekor") is a corporation governed by the British Columbia Business Corporations Act. On June 25, 2026, the Company changed its legal name from Taseko Mines Limited to Trekor Metals Limited. The name change had no effect on the Company's legal status, operations, assets, liabilities, or shareholders' equity.
These unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial statements (the "interim financial statements") comprise the Company and its controlled subsidiaries as at and for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026. The Company is principally engaged in the production and sale of copper metal and copper concentrates, as well as related activities, including mine permitting and development, within the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the State of Arizona, USA.
