OUTSTANDING SHARE DATA
As at October 28, 2026, there were 483.4 million Class B subordinate voting shares and 7.6 million Class A common shares outstanding. In addition, there were approximately 3.0 million share options outstanding with exercise prices ranging between $12.27 and $80.11 per share.
