We have adopted written standards of business conduct and ethics (“Code of Conduct”) and related policies, which are designed to promote honest and ethical business conduct. Our Code of

Conduct sets clear expectations on the way we conduct business and make our decisions, fostering a culture of integrity.

Our Code of Conduct is applicable to all our employees and senior managers. We expect all our employees and senior managers to comply with our Code of Conduct and related policies, to adhere and advocate for integrity in the workplace.

We have adapted and will amend our Code of Conduct and related policies as appropriate to reflect regulatory or other changes. Our Code of Conduct provides that if any employee or senior manager to whom it applies acts in contravention of the principles set forth therein, we will take appropriate steps in terms of the procedures in place for fair disciplinary action. This action may, in cases of severe breaches, include dismissal.
