A copy of our Code of Ethics (the “Code”), which expressly includes the fiduciary responsibilities of the CEO and CFO, is available on our website athttps://apyxmedical.com/code-of-ethics-and-conduct/ and is reviewed on an annual basis. We also have made available a whistleblower hotline that provides a mechanism for reporting breaches of the Code in an anonymous manner.
Review and acknowledgement of the Code is required of all new employees as part of the on-boarding process, and of all existing employees on an annual basis.
