We have adopted the Code of Ethics, which is applicable to all of our employees, executive officers and directors. The Code of Ethics is available on our websitewww.sophiagenetics.com. Our board of directors is responsible for overseeing the Code of Ethics and will be required to approve any waivers of the Code of Ethics for our executive officers and directors. We expect that any amendments to the Code of Ethics, or any waivers of its requirements, will be disclosed on our website. For the year ended December 31, 2025, we did not grant any waivers of the Code of Ethics.
