As previously disclosed, on June 26, 2024, our board of directors (the “Board”) authorized a change in our fiscal year-end from June 30 to December 31, effective December 31, 2024, resulting in a six-month transition period from July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 (the “2024 Transition Period”). As a result, our annual meeting of stockholders is being accelerated to coincide with the cadence of the new fiscal year-end and will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (the “annual meeting”).
