If an amendment to this Financial Code is made, appropriate disclosure will be made in a Report on Form 6-K, by posting on the Company’s website or by other electronic means, or at the latest, in the annual report on Form 20-F to the extent required by the rules and regulations of the SEC and the listing requirements of Nasdaq.
