Current report
Consistent with our expectations, our revenue growth in the second half of fiscal 2026 has slowed compared to the first half of fiscal 2026 driven by lower sales force productivity and a prolonged challenge with one of the largest payers. During the third quarter, approval rates by one of our largest payers declined even further, which we continue to address through appeals and additional field-based reimbursement managers to address reimbursement headwinds. We have also experienced transitions among heart failure specialists in our active accounts, consistent with market trends affecting this specialty, which we are addressing by building sustainable programs and supporting physician transitions. We are also focused on execution by our sales organization, by strengthening leadership, onboarding and training. In response to our revenue expectations, we have implemented certain operating expense reductions while continuing to invest in our sales and reimbursement teams. Finally, we continue to see strong growth in our most stable regions and generate momentum through real world data and our BENEFIT-HF trial.
Current report
Revenue was $13.8 million for the three months ended September 30, 2026, a decrease of $0.9 million, or 6%, over the three months ended September 30, 2025.
Current report
Revenue generated in the U.S. was $13.0 million for the three months ended September 30, 2026, a decrease of $0.5 million, or 4%, compared to the three months ended September 30, 2025. Revenue units in the U.S. totaled 412 and 420 for the three months ended September 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively. The decreases were primarily driven by lower sales force productivity and a prolonged challenge with one of our largest payers. Revenue also reflected higher-than-usual implants by centers that already had existing units to implant, which was more than offset by a larger annual purchase that occurred in the third quarter that we otherwise would have expected to occur in the fourth quarter.
Current report
Gross profit was $12.0 million for the three months ended September 30, 2026, a decrease of $0.8 million, or 6%, over the three months ended September 30, 2025. Gross margin was 87% for both the three months ended September 30, 2026 and September 30, 2025.
Current report
R&D expenses decreased $0.5 million, or 16%, to $2.7 million for the three months ended September 30, 2026, compared to the three months ended September 30, 2025. This change was driven by a $0.4 million decrease in headcount expenses, and a $0.2 million decrease in consulting expenses, partially offset by a $0.1 million increase in clinical trial expenses.
Current report
Other income, net decreased $0.4 million for the three months ended September 30, 2026, compared to the three months ended September 30, 2025. This decrease was driven by lower interest income from lower balances in our interest-bearing accounts.
Current report
Revenue was $44.3 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, an increase of $3.7 million, or 9%, over the nine months ended September 30, 2025.

Previous report
We expect a lower rate of year-over-year revenue growth in the second half of fiscal 2026 than we experienced in the first half of fiscal 2026. This outlook is driven by fewer sales territories than anticipated, lower sales force productivity and a prolonged challenge with one of the largest payers. We are taking direct action to address these headwinds, including continuing to improve our hiring process, investing in onboarding and training and creating multiple field-based reimbursement and business management roles, funded through a reallocation of resources. We also continue to appeal prior authorization denials to advocate on behalf of patients. We continue to see strong growth in our most stable regions, while at the same time we continue to advance our BENEFIT-HF trial and our broader clinical and reimbursement strategies.
