Previous report

On July 4, 2025, the United States enacted new tax legislation, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (“OBBBA”), which contains several provisions modifying the corporate income tax code such as the permanent extension of certain expiring provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, updates to the international tax framework and the reinstatement of certain business-related provisions. The legislation has multiple effective dates, with provisions taking effect from 2025 through 2027. The changes effective in 2026 are included in our provision for income taxes for the year ended December 31, 2026 and are not material.
