  1. The amounts set forth in the Stock Awards column represent the aggregate grant date fair value of PSU and RSU awards granted during the applicable fiscal year, computed in accordance with ASC Topic 718. The assumptions made for the valuation of PSU and RSU awards are disclosed in the Notes to Consolidated Financial Statements included in the Company’s 2026 Annual Report on Form 10-K. The grant date fair value of PSU and RSU awards is measured by reducing the grant date price of FactSet's common stock by the present value of the dividends expected to be paid on the underlying stock during the requisite vesting period, discounted at the appropriate risk-free interest rate. The NEOs are not entitled to any dividends or dividend equivalents with respect to PSUs and RSUs. The PSUs and RSUs entitle the holders to shares of common stock upon vesting (and in the case of PSUs, subject to the achievement of certain performance metrics). The grant date fair value of PSU awards is determined based on the target level of performance. The value of PSU awards to each of our NEOs in fiscal year 2026 assuming maximum performance is as follows: $12,253,646 for Mr. Viswanathan, $800,307 for Mr. McLoughlin, $1,500,262 for Mr. Skoko, $1,050,184 for Mr. Costigan, and $2,250,394 for Ms. Shan.

  2. The amounts set forth in the Option Awards column represent the aggregate grant date fair value, computed in accordance with ASC Topic 718, of the stock options granted to each of our NEOs during the applicable fiscal year. For stock options other than performance stock options, the Company utilizes a lattice-binomial model to estimate the fair value of stock options on the date of grant (or, in the case of a modified option, the date of modification). For Mr. Viswanathan, who received performance stock options, grant date fair value was estimated using a Monte Carlo simulation. The assumptions made for the valuation of stock option awards are disclosed in the Notes to Consolidated Financial Statements included in the Company’s 2026 Annual Report on Form 10-K.

  3. The amounts set forth in the Non-equity Incentive Plan Compensation column represent the annual cash incentives earned by our NEOs based on individual and Company performance. Pursuant to her separation agreement, Ms. Shan remains eligible for an annual incentive for fiscal 2026 after her transition from CFO on April 13, 2026, subject to the terms of the agreement. The amounts included for fiscal year 2026 for Mr. Skoko and Mr. McLoughlin were converted to U.S. dollars using the spot rate on September 1, 2026 of GBP 1 to $1.3262 USD for purposes of this disclosure. The amounts included for fiscal year 2025 for Mr. Skoko and Mr. McLoughlin were converted to U.S. dollars using

2026 Proxy Statement 48 the spot rate on September 1, 2025 of GBP 1 to 1.350348 USD, and the amount included for fiscal 2024 for Mr. Skoko was converted to U.S. dollars using an exchange rate of 1 GBP=1.3127 USD.
