We have adopted a code of ethics and proper business conduct applicable to our executive officers, directors and all other employees, full-time contractors and service providers. A copy of the code is delivered to every employee of Wix.com Ltd. and all of its subsidiaries and is available to investors and others on our website athttp://investors.wix.com or by contacting our investor relations department. Any amendments or waivers of this code for executive officers or directors will be disclosed within five business days following the date of such amendment or waiver on our website. We have also implemented a training program for new and existing employees concerning the code of ethics and proper business conduct. We did not grant any waivers under our code of ethics in 2025.
