ITEM 16B. CODE OF ETHICS
The BBVA Group Code of Conduct, which was updated by the Board of Directors on February 9, 2022, and underwent a minor revision in July 2024, applies to all companies and persons which form part of the BBVA Group. This Code sets out the standards of behavior that should be adhered to so that the Group’s conduct towards its customers, colleagues and the society be consistent with BBVA’s values.
