The Common Shares are listed on the TSX and NYSE under the symbol "ATS".

On May 18, 2022, the Company's Restricted Share Unit ("RSU") plan was amended so that RSUs granted may be settled in Common Shares purchased on the open market, where deemed advisable by the Company, as an alternative to cash payments. It is the Company's intention to settle these RSUs with Common Shares.
