We have adopted a code of business conduct and ethics that is applicable to all our directors, officers and employees, including our principal executive, financial and accounting officers and persons performing similar functions. The code of ethics was approved by our Board and covers areas of professional and business conduct. It is intended to promote honest and ethical behavior, including fair dealing and the ethical handling of conflicts of interest. The code of ethics is supplemented by our anti-bribery and corruption compliance policy and other related policies and procedures, including those relating to our whistleblower and investigations process, due diligence and business gifts and entertainment. We also have a supplier code of conduct that is applicable to ethics and compliance requirements for our supply chain. We provide training on our code of ethics to all of our employees. In accordance with the Company’s procedures, routine conflicts of interest and other day to day ethics related issues are reviewed and addressed on an ongoing basis by the Company’s authorized officers. Our code of ethics, anti-bribery and corruption compliance policy and supplier code of conduct, as well as certain other compliance related policies, are each posted on our website: www.elbitsystems.com.
