In January 2021, we adopted a code of ethics that applies to all of our employees, officers and directors and have posted the full text of our code of ethics on the investor relations section of our website, www.patria.com. Our code of ethics was revised in September 2022 to update certain procedures and reflect our integration with Moneda, such as information on the procedures related to gifts and entertainment, donations and sponsorships, among others. None of these changes were material and were only conducted to reflect the integration process with Moneda.

We intend to disclose future material amendments to our code of ethics, or any waivers of such code, on our website or in public filings. The information on our website is not incorporated by reference into this Annual Report on Form 20-F, and you should not consider information contained on our website to be a part of this Annual Report on Form 20-F.
