We have adopted a Code of Ethics that applies to our senior financial officers, including our CEO, CFO, and Vice President, Corporate Controller. We have not made any amendments to the above-mentioned Code of Ethics. In the year ended December 31, 2023, we have not granted a waiver (including an implicit waiver) from a provision of our Code of Ethics to any of our CEO, CFO or the Vice President, Corporate Controller that relates to one or more of the items set forth in paragraph (b) of Item 16B of Form 20-F.
