MATERIAL CONTRACTS
Other than those contracts entered into during the normal course of business, the only material contract that was entered into before December 31, 2023 and after January 1, 2002, that is still in effect, and which is required to be filed with Canadian securities regulatory authorities pursuant to applicable securities laws, is the amended and restated credit agreement (2021) dated for reference June 16, 2021, between the Company, as borrower, Royal Bank of Canada, as agent bank, and the financial institutions party thereto, as lenders (the "Credit Agreement"). The Credit Agreement is described above in "Three-Year History - 2021".
