Effective as of July 23, 2014, we adopted a code of business conduct and ethics which sets the guidelines and principles necessary for promoting and assuring good behavior within the organization. On January 26, 2022, our board of directors approved and adopted the 2022 Code of Ethics, which became effective on March 1, 2022. The new code introduces new important topics, including, among others, anti-money laundering provisions, protection of Globant's image and proper use of social media, third party's audits and government investigations and matters of integration and diversity.
