Item 16B. Code of Ethics
We have adopted a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics applicable to all of our board members and our employees, including our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, controller or principal accounting officers, or other persons performing similar functions, which is a “code of ethics” as defined by the SEC. If we make any material amendment to the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics or grant any waivers, including any implicit waiver, from a provision of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics for our Board members or other executive officers, we will disclose the nature of such amendment or waiver on our website within five working days to the extent required by the rules and regulations of the SEC.
