H. Consequences of Violation of this Code
Representatives may be required to certify their understanding of and compliance with this Code from time to time as applicable. Failure to comply may result in severe consequences, which could include internal disciplinary action or termination of employment or consulting arrangements without notice. Violation may also violate certain Canadian and/or other laws.
