Board Changes
In accordance with the provisions of Clause 165 of the Company’s constitution (the “Constitution”), the term of service for each of the Directors in Class I (the “Class I Directors”) terminates at the conclusion of the upcoming AGM. Our Class I Directors are Amir Bader and Richard Gordon Hayes.
Amir Bader and Richard Gordon Hayes will be seeking re-election at the upcoming AGM, as further detailed in Proposals 1 and 2 below.
