EX-99.2 · Performance Graph
Performance Graph
The following graph depicts the Company’s cumulative total Shareholder returns to June 30, 2026, assuming a $100 investment in Common Shares on March 1, 2023 (the day the Common Shares commenced trading publicly on a stock exchange), compared to an equal investment in the S&P/TSX Composite Index. The Company does not currently issue dividends. As the Common Shares were not trading on a stock exchange prior to commencing trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange until March 1, 2023, the Common Share performance as set out in the graph reflects the volatility of a growth company and does not necessarily indicate future price performance.

As described above, the Compensation Committee considers various factors in determining the compensation of the Named Executive Officers and Common Share performance is one performance measure that is reviewed and taken into consideration with respect to executive compensation. The Common Share price is also affected by factors beyond the Company’s control, including general and industry-specific economic and market conditions.
There is not a correlation between the trend of PowerBank’s stock price and PowerBank’s executive compensation. Due to a variety of factors, the Company’s executive compensation increased from 2023 to 2026 as the Company has increased the number of projects it is developing or has completed.
