PROXY STATEMENT
This Proxy Statement is furnished in connection with the solicitation of proxies by the Board of Directors of TMD Energy Limited, an exempted company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”), for use at the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, or at any adjournment or postponement thereof (the “Meeting” or “Annual General Meeting”).
