Any changes to or waivers under the corporate code of business conduct and ethics as it relates to our chief executive officer, chief financial officer, chief commercial officer, controller, or persons performing similar functions must be approved by our Board of Directors and will be disclosed in a Current Report on Form 8-K within four business days of the change or waiver.
