ITEM 16B. CODE OF ETHICS
We have adopted a code of ethics that applies to all of our executive officers, directors and employees in accordance with the rules of the Nasdaq and the SEC. The code of ethics codifies the business and ethical principles that govern all aspects of our business. During fiscal year 2023, no amendments to or waivers from the code were made or given to any of our executive officers.
