We will require additional liquidity to continue our operations and meet our financial obligations over the next twelve months, therefore is substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern. We are evaluating strategies to obtain the required additional funding for future operations and the restructuring of operations to grow revenues and reduce expenses.
