For the years ended June 30, 2023 and 2024, we derived fee incomes by referring clients to external financial product partners, primarily external insurance brokers, to purchase insurance products. These insurance products we offered included (i) life insurance products such as individual whole life insurance, individual term life insurance, universal life insurance and individual health insurance, (ii) annuity insurance products, and (iii) critical illness insurance products (including personal accident insurance products). The one-time fee incomes were typically computed as a pre-agreed percentage of the underlying insurance premiums received by the insurance companies.
