The Company’s independent registered public accounting firm is PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, who have issued a Report of Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm dated February 27, 2025, in respect of the Company’s consolidated financial statements as at November 30, 2024 and November 30, 2023 and for each of the years ended November 30, 2024.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has advised that they are independent with respect to the Company within the meaning of the relevant rules and related interpretations prescribed by the relevant professional bodies in Canada, including the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia Code of Professional Conduct and any applicable legislation or regulations, as well as the rules of the SEC and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board PCAOB on auditor independence.
