The Company has adopted a formal Code of Ethical and Professional Standards applicable to all directors, officers and employees of the Company.
- Upon his reelection to the Board on April 25, 2024, our current CEO John N. Roberts, III will become executive Chairman of the Board and serve in both positions until his retirement as CEO of the Company, effective July 1, 2024.
