Previous report

The $1.0 million, or 4%, decrease in interest expense from the six months ended July 31, 2023 to the six months ended July 31, 2024 was primarily due to a non-recurring $1.2 million loss on extinguishment of debt due to the prepayment of $50.0 million under our prior term loan facility (the "Prior Term Loan Facility") during the six months ended July 31, 2023 and the impact of lower interest rates on our Prior Credit Facilities, which had a stated interest rate of 6.70% as of July 31, 2024, down from 6.92% as of July 31, 2023.
