We have adopted a Code of Conduct that applies to our directors, officers (including our principal executive officer, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer or controller) and employees. Our Code of Conduct is designed to promote honest and ethical conduct, including the ethical handling of actual or apparent conflicts of interest, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable disclosure in reports and documents that we file with or submit to regulatory authorities. Our Code of Conduct was amended during the financial year ended December 31 2025. The amendments did not result in any material changes to the standards of conduct applicable to our directors, officers and employees.
