Current report
Net cash provided by operating activities for the nine months ended September 30, 2025 decreased $45.7 million as compared with the nine months ended September 30, 2024. The decrease in net cash provided by operating activities was primarily driven by unfavorable changes in working capital, including significantly lower sources of cash contributions from prepaids and other assets, accounts receivable and inventories. Higher cash payments related to our accrued expenses, compensation and income taxes also contributed to the decrease. These working capital changes, combined with less favorable non-cash adjustments, offset the higher net income in 2025.
