Read the current filing

The baseline is this issuer’s latest earlier reporting period of the same form that was filed before the current report. A previous 10-Q is a different quarter, not a year-over-year comparison. Amendments are excluded.

Compared 14 previous paragraphs and 14 current paragraphs.

11 unchanged; 2 reworded; 1 added; 1 removed; 0 previous and 0 current paragraphs rearranged.

Tables are not compared: 1 previous and 1 current tables excluded. Dates, whitespace, punctuation and numbering changes are ignored; changes to financial figures remain significant.

A changed paragraph is not evidence that risk increased or decreased. An unchanged paragraph does not establish that risk stayed the same.

Added paragraphs (1)

Current report

Federal funding is secured through December 11, 2026, under a continuing resolution (“CR”) and Congress is expected to keep working on fiscal year 2027 appropriations ahead of that date. If Congress does not enact the necessary appropriations legislation or an additional CR by then, a partial or full federal government shutdown would result.
Removed paragraphs (1)

Previous report

While Congress continues to advance the government fiscal year 2027 appropriations bills, it is increasingly expected that lawmakers will rely on a short-term continuing resolution ("CR") to keep the government funded beyond the September 30, 2026 deadline. Failure to pass the appropriations bills or a CR by September 30, 2026, will result in a full or partial federal government shutdown.
