UNITED BREWERIES CO INC

As previously disclosed on September 25, 2024 the Company experienced a cybersecurity incident affecting some of its IT systems related to sales and distribution functions. This incident, caused by an external agent, resulted in a data leak. The Company has since resolved the incident through containment, eradication, and recovery measures, including a comprehensive digital forensic analysis. The analysis determined the scope and content of the data breach, and confirmed that no further propagation of the threat occurred. Further, the results of the analysis confirmed, as of the date of this report, that none of the potentially exfiltrated data has been disclosed. The Company has implemented enhanced security protocols and investments to mitigate the risk of future similar incidents. The impact of this incident was not material to the Company's consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024.
