Our company adopted a Code of Ethics in May 1999, which applies to all of our employees, including our principal executive, financial and accounting officers. Our Code of Ethics was further reviewed and updated in 2012, 2015, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
Our updated Code of Ethics continues to be applied. We posted a copy of our Code of Ethics on our website athttp://www.edenor.com.ar.
The Code provides a roadmap to how we expect to conduct ourselves and lays the foundation for delivering the service of excellence we set out to achieve.
The Code of Ethics is also available on both the integration, communication and management platform “Edenorcerca” and the platform where employee payslips are stored.
