Commitments
Capital expenditure commitments include obligations related to the construction of growth projects and are based on the projects proceeding as planned. At September 30, 2026, TC Energy had approximately $1.9 billion of capital expenditure commitments (December 31, 2025 – approximately $0.8 billion) reflecting contractual commitments entered into for construction on Canadian and U.S. natural gas pipelines, primarily related to the construction costs associated with the NGTL System, ANR and other pipeline projects.
