8.B. Significant Changes
Except as disclosed below, no significant change has occurred since the date of our consolidated financial statements filed as part of this Annual Report. Effective October 23, 2026, Dr. Liew Kok Leong resigned as our Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board and a director. Dr. Liew’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies (including accounting or financial policies), or practices. Effective the same date, our board of directors appointed (Alfred) Tan Choong Hau as our Chief Executive Officer, a director and Chairman of the Board to fill the vacancies created by Dr. Liew’s resignation. See “Item 6. Directors, Senior Management and Employees—A. Directors and Senior Management.”
