EX-99.1 · Reverse Share Split
Reverse Share Split
On June 4, 2026, the Board approved a reverse split at a ratio of 1-for-25 that became effective on July 6, 2026. Pursuant to the Board approval, every 25 issued and unissued Class A ordinary shares were combined into one Class A ordinary share. No fractional shares were issued in connection with the reverse split. Any fractional share resulting from the reverse split was rounded up to the nearest whole share at the participant level. Following the reverse split, the par value of each Class A ordinary share was changed from $0.015 to $0.375. All shares and per share data presented in the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements and related notes have been retroactively restated to reflect the reverse split (See Notes 14 and 19).
