**BY AN ORDINARY RESOLUTION, TO RECEIVE AND ADOPT THE AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS IN RELATION TO FORM 20-F FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED MARCH 31, 2026
(ITEM 2 OF THE PROXY CARD)
We are proposing the receipt and adoption of the audited financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 in relation to Form 20-F. The audited financial statements are in reference to the Singapore Statutory Financial Statements which were prepared in conformity with the provisions of the Singapore Companies Act.
This proposal requires affirmative (“FOR”) votes of a majority of votes cast by shares present or represented by proxy and entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting and voting affirmatively or negatively on such matter. Unless otherwise instructed on the proxy or unless authority to vote is withheld, shares represented by executed proxies will be voted “FOR” this Proposal.
